About

About Formula Hellas

Formula Hellas is a new Formula Student competition, organised by Formula Student alumni together with the Serres Racing Circuit. The first edition takes place 02–07 August 2026 and is part of the Formula Student World Competition Series.

What is Formula Student?

Formula Student is an international engineering competition in which university teams design, build and race formula-style cars. It challenges students to turn classroom theory into a real, competitive vehicle, building engineering, project-management and teamwork skills along the way.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: give Greece its own Formula Student competition, help teams get better with every run, and, best of all, have fun on track.

Who we are

Formula Hellas is run by a team of Formula Student alumni who've lived the competition first-hand, together with the Serres Racing Circuit. As part of the Formula Student World Competition Series, it follows the international standards teams already know.
